The Oka Kapassa “Return to Coldwater” Festival is a Native American gathering, held in Spring Park, Tuscumbia, Alabama, the 2nd full weekend in September, to celebrate the culture and traditions of Native Americans who once thrived in north Alabama. Complete with demonstrations, storytelling, dance, music, vendor booths, activites for the whole family, and traditional, authentic foods.
